My name is Tara Schultz. I am an LMHC and I work with youth, young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression and adjustment issues. 

I graduated from Medaille College in 2010 with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with individuals in a Solution Focused framework with a trauma informed lense and expanding upon their natural supports.
